15 minutes from Beziers, close to the airport Ryanair, 25 minutes from beaches and 45 minutes from Cap d'Agde.
House of 130m2, bright with private pool in secluded pool house + air-conditioned pergola terrace of 20 m2 + large relaxation area and stunning views.

La villa correspond à 100% à l'annonce deux grandes chambres avec SDB + une troisième Airco partout terrasses pour le matin et en bord de piscine A améliorer: propreté général MAIS acceptable Et n'hésitez à poser toutes les questions à la personne qui vous acceuillera car elle est assez expéditive :-)

Peaceful and sunny

We had a lovely, relaxing break. The property is well-equipped (apart from the fact we did not know to bring our own towels and bed linen). Air-conditioning meant we were able to sleep at night. The villa is in a lovely village which is close to Pezenas with good restaurants and shops. The lovely lady who welcomed us and came regularly to clean the lovely pool gave us some great recommendations for places to visit. One of her recommendations was The Abbaye de Valmagne - a beautiful spot with a very good restaurant. We enjoyed cycling around the area. A great holiday.

Maison très fonctionnelle et espaces faciles à vivre

Excellent séjour en fin de saison cette année. La maison est très agréable, et offre une circulation optimale au sein de la propriété. Très bien équipée. Nous n'avons réellement manqué de rien, et prévoyons s'y séjourner de nouveau.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man benötigt. Maison à la hauteur de nos espérances ! Avec piscine privée et sans vis à vis, le repos et la beignade ne peuvent qu'être excellents sans parler de la cuisine équipée et des grandes chambres contribuant au confort du séjour qui s'est passé à merveille. Je recommande donc cette location sans hésiter !
