"Beim Eintreffen ins Haus, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich das Haus in einem ungereinigten Zustand befand. Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt, Im Besenschrank befand sich Abfall. Hinzu kam, dass die Matratzen, Topper sowie Oberbett und Kissen mit sämtlichen Körperflüssigkeiten übersät waren. Sie waren für uns derart ekelhaft und unbenutzbar. Das galt für alle 6 Betten. Ebenso stellten wir fest , dass die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel stark durchgesessen, verdreckt und somit längst entsorgt gehörten....

"Absolutely lovely house with stunning views and sunsets, with plenty to do in all weathers. Would have loved to have stayed longer and will try and be back in the not too far future. The local area has lots of interest with lovely beach to walk and found the best ice cream locally!!"

"Had the indignity of sleeping on soiled mattresses. My previous experience of Novasol customer service following cancellations of my original booking was extremely negative. Hence no point in contacting Novasol about the problem. I have the same opinion about Vbro so won't be using your services again. Bye bye"

"Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus jedoch sind die 150€ für die Endreinigung nicht angebracht. Das Haus war bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Der Whirlpool im Außenbereich stand auf Vollgas (Verbrauchskosten werden extra berechnet und von der Kaution abgezogen), völlig verschäumt und grün. Im Haus gab es ebenfalls einige Mängel. "rigtig hyggeligt og godt indrettet lille hus.Dejligt stort badeværelse med godt lys. Gode senge. "Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, jedoch ist die Küche deutlich älter, als sie auf den Bildern aussieht. Eine nette Überraschung war die Klimaanlage. Das Haus liegt im Grünen, entsprechend gibt es viele Insekten. Nach dem Abwasch hat es stark nach Abwasser gerochen, hat nach Benutzung der Dusche aufgehört. Wir waren zufrieden, Luxus darf man aber nicht erwarten."

"Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen und nah zum Strand. Typisches dänisches Strandhaus. Aber: Das Bett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (Bettlaken in Übergröße mitnehmen). Schrank wäre schön. Die Dusche ist schlimm und entspricht dem Niveau deutscher Sportanlagen. Toaster und Sandwichmaker in der Küche sind defekt. Wenn man sich arrangiert, machts dort Spaß, aber ein wenig Geld sollte mal in das Haus, welches viel Potential hat, investiert werden."

"The property is a little bit out of the city, but T the tram stops directly outside the hotel, so once you realise this everything seems very accessible. The rooms are good (if a little dark) and the communal areas welcoming; the whole hotel has an industrial-style decor which works well. Breakfast was excellent and the gym and sauna great, although you have to wait for this to heat up (although it can be set to heat up automatically, this has to be done each day). We loved our stay, and used the rental bikes which can be hired outside to get about the city and to go to the beach. All in all, highly recommended. "
