“Peace”

“Great location for an October getaway. The room was more than comfortable.”

“The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, the hard surfaces of the room were clean, the carpet was fairly new and clean. They turned on the heat for us before we arrived, so the room was warm. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were dingy. There were two small bars of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. “Impecable”

“Granville House is an amazing place! Terry and Terri made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was well-appointed (great lighting, plush towels, etc.), and the common areas were inviting. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfasts. We will definitely look to stay here again if our travels take us back to the Berkshires.”

“Excellent location and helpful staff. The hotel was under a full renovation with the associated discomfort.”

“Staff was very nice. Common areas are very nice. Room are very nice but could use a deep clean and some maintenance. If they did that I would give it more stars.”
