Helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Good location for cathedral and dining. Exterior of hotel could use some maintenance.

Excellent service, amenities need refreshing. Exclusion of dogs in the breakfast room, even though understandable, remains unusual and impractical.

Service was top-notch, especially from "Houston", who was especially welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was central. No restaurant, but lots nearby. Rodez itself was a pleasant surprise - a pretty and clean little city.

A disappointment
We arrived for checkin to find the room unavailable till 4pm although advertised at 2pm. We had had a long journey and it was 38c outside so having to go away for 2 hrs was awful. There was no toilet paper in the room. The advertised free parking was unavaiable and if it had been actually cost 10 Euros a day. The next day the room again wasn’t cleaned till 4 pm which meant we couldn’t use it to cool of in the afternoon.

Recommended Hotel in Rodez
This hotel is located right on the square in front of the Rodez cathedral. An easy meander from the hotel took us through the streets of the old city, where there were many restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself is old, but we found a blend of the old features and modern updated touches throughout. For example, our room was completely updated with a modern, comfortable bathroom but the breakfast room was decorated in the traditional style. There was a nice buffet breakfast, with many options to choose from.

Very comfortable, clean and bang next to the amazing Cathedral. Car parking was available outside the hotel, without having to pay, though there are only 4 spaces.

Central location
Very central beside the old cathedral and the shopping district. This hotel is suitable for anyone staying for a few days or overnight when flying in or out of Rodez. The hotel has an old world charm while still being very modern. Room wasn't very large but it was fully equipped. Very high standard of cleanliness. Helpful staff. On the street but noise was not a problem.

Hotel and staff very nice. Friendly and helpful There is no restaurant only room service from a limited menu for evening meals . OK for one night - otherwise lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast in the dining room is very good. Parking --- only 4 spaces in the private garage so best advised to pre-book it. Narrow underground garage - not for the faint hearted.

Very central hotel and staff very helpful. The person that dealt with us had almost perfect English. She gave us a good tip to visit a delightful city (Albi) that we would otherwise have bypassed. Very good breakfast

Best hotel in Rodez (not that you have many choices)
Convenient, comfortable accommodations. Do not expect to get a taxi in Rodez, though. From the railroad station take a bus to the city center - it will bring you to within 300 feet from the hotel.

The staff at reception were excellent!
The staff at reception were excellent! The ladies were friendly and so helpful esp as our flight had been delayed two days due to volcanic ash. The only thing and I have found this with other hotels, when we book twin beds we acutally want two separate beds . We had to change rooms on our arrival . This was no problem but something we have come across in our travels. Thanks for a lovley visit !
