Located on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator, it offers a clear space overlooking an inner courtyard, ensuring a very quiet environment. With an area of 17 m 2, it can accommodate up to 2 people. The sleeping area is equipped with a 140 x 200 box bed, optimizing storage. The bathroom has the essential elements for your comfort. On the kitchen side, you will find a microwave for the preparation of your simple meals. The studio is equipped with Wifi, and benefits from a reversible air conditioning, ideal to adapt to different seasons. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. In the residence, convenient facilities are available: coin-operated laundry on the ground floor, elevator for easy access, as well as an environment close to essential amenities such as a pharmacy, gym and supermarket.
