Lots of new updates for 2024 include a brand-new kitchen, new deck, two sets of bunk beds, and all new windows! Stylishly updated and appointed, Four Seasons is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in North Avon on the ocean side of Highway 12\. With just a short walk to the beach access boardwalk, you won't miss a minute of beach time. The ground level has a large concrete pad for ample parking, two carports, a shower, a fish-cleaning table, charcoal grill, basketball hoop, and easy ocean access. On the first floor are four bedrooms, all with TVs, two full baths and a separate laundry room. (Baths and beds are designed to create two primary suites.) The bedrooms all have splashes of relaxing beach colors and plenty of lighted closet space. Plus, kids will love the addition of two new sets of bunk beds, decorated in colorful fish decor, the perfect beach themed sleepover or hang-out room. Sliders from the two front bedrooms lead to the east and north facing deck, complete with furniture for reading, relaxing, or just enjoying the tranquillity of a beach vacation. The airy, bright, coastal cottage style top floor has all new windows with postcard views of the sound and ocean. The well-equipped kitchen has been completely upgraded with stainless steel appliances, a beverage fridge, and beautiful, bright quartz countertops, with plenty of space for cooking or gathering around the island, complete with bar stools, or at the adjacent eight-seat dining table. A second four-seat table in its own space is perfect for meals, playing games, doing puzzles, or even working. The open-plan great room with exposed cedar beams and ceiling fans allows for sweeping views to the living area, screened porch, and library. Relax on the cozy sectional sofa for tv watching or take yourself into the off-set library, where you'll find all sorts of books, and super comfy seating including a sleeper sofa and swivel armchairs, for watching those amazing Avon sunsets. An adjacent half bath allows this space to serve as a fifth bedroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious deck with lots of furniture for your relaxation. Or spend the day relaxing in the rocking chairs on the inviting screened porch, which includes additional, newly updated furniture, and has spectacular sound and ocean views. Create your own memories in any season at Four Seasons in North Avon. THINGS TO KNOW You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process.
