A large 17m² terrace is equipped with sofas and a dining table to enjoy the spectacular views. This beautiful luxury residential complex features a swimming pool, padel, tennis, football, and basketball courts, spacious garden areas, and a large indoor parking space, all included in the price. Perfect for a family getaway.

The apartment is fully equipped and brand new: hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi throughout the apartment, a 49" LED TV, bed and bath linens, an iron, a drying rack, full kitchenware, an oven/microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, and everything you need to feel at home.

The residential complex has direct access to the beach via the promenade that connects the beaches of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral—ideal for walking, exercising, or cycling with the family. Una estancia estupenda

El apartamento es exactamente como aparece en la descripción. Se encuentra muy bien equipado y en una urbanización muy cuidada, con una piscina estupenda y un acceso a la playa muy bueno. Lo mejor sin duda es la terraza, que tiene vistas al mar y disfruta de sombra todo el día, por lo que puede aprovecharse para hacer todas las comidas al aire libre disfrutando de las vistas. Nos ha encantado a todas la familia.
