It is a very beautiful, more traditional Malaysian hotel with an amazing foyer featuring huge chandeliers. The staff are very polite and helpful at all times, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever encountered, with a huge selection of foods. The communication and check in process was very smooth even though we were checking in past midnight. The unit itself was spacious, excellent view of the Petronas twin towers, and had all the ammeneties a family could ask for including a beautiful roof top pool. "Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."

"The hotel location is a bit isolated especially without a car. The staff is very friendly . The rooms designed and built with wood cinder blocks are original yet poorly isolated . Next door their was a family with 2 small children and despite the obvious crying you could also clearly hear all that was going on , all sounds come through the ceiling rafters"
