"The apartment is helpfully located near Tours city centre and is about a 25-minute walk from the station. It is very basic, but is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay: the excellent shower is definitely a highlight. The spiral staircase up the first floor is very steep and tight, so do bear that in mind.
