Hivernage6 nights5.0 star property9.4/10 - Exceptional (380 reviews)"The main building of the property, the gardens and the restaurants are all very well maintained. It feels like an oasis in the desert. The room we stayed in was a Ksar and the layout is well suited to a family. The quality of food and beverages were certainly up to standard. We tried two of the restaurants and they were both very good in terms of quality. The gym and spa were great. The areas that require attention: The service. We just found this to be very mixed. "I was honored to be the first guest after the reopening post-pandemic. I especially enjoyed the meals on the terrace overlooking the Ourika Valley. The Kasbah is located in a rather vertical village known for its ceramic work. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was well decorated and spacious. Kamal, his wife and Souffiane made my stay enjoyable and relaxing."

"It is a nice, quiet break in the madness of the valley. The gardens are as advertised, the food was fine, the staff was helpful. Like everything in Morocco at this price point, it is old and dirty if you start to look in the corners or try to use the facilities. Totally adequate for what it is."
