The staff answered very kindly to all my requests. The position is perfect: you can reach a metro station in 1-2 minutes and the city centre is near.

We stayed at room 2222, it needs a wooden door in the bathroom because the glass door offers zero privacy. It also has one glass wall in the shower. The room was small and hot even when the heat was off and the window only opens a few inches. The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. The hotel offers buffet service for breakfast, lots of options. The area where the hotel is located is walkable, it has a subway station very close and there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

Location is great. It is very clean and has everything you need. However, the shower leaked so much it was difficult to keep up when 3 people needed to shower and toaster did not work. I contacted management and nothing was done. Overall it was good.

Lovely little hotel, smaller than I expected it to be. The lobby area is tiny but adequate for me to check in ok. All staff acknowledged you & were very friendly. The room was clean & well presented. The view from the window was nothing to look at. I had a view of offices & people working in them. There were also clothes hung up in the small area from the window view. The breakfast was adequate. The room is quite small & I think you may have to wait for some time to get a table, when the hotel is full. I would definitely stay here again. It is in a great location & I loved it
