"Wonderful hotel"

"Excellent hotel and stay in Hanoi. Our first time in Hanoi and although the hotel isn't city centre, Grab cabs are inexpensive to get around. We booked a Club room and was personally greeted and checked in to our room. We were offered welcome drinks and a pillow menu although were happy with the current pillows. Surprise fruit and cake awaited us in our room. The Club room was nice and comfortable, a little on the old side now but still great and met our needs for the week we stayed. The maids...

"The team here is like family. very kind and welcoming and quick to assist if anything is needed. There is no traffic noise here. It's comfortable and feels clean. I found it easy and interesting to walk around the local area finding. few nice cafes, the Ho Chi Min Mausoleum, and just enjoying the local interactions and observations. My hearty thanks to the team. See you all soon"

"値段が安めなので、申し分無し。 宿泊の情報としては、洗濯機あり（洗剤無し）。ハンガーなし。ハンドタオルなし、バスタオル2枚目、歯ブラシあり、水2本、バスタブあり、トイレがウォシュレット付。 強いて言えば、冷蔵庫に前の人の食べ残しがあった位か。"

"Great for poker players! One floor has a very high end poker room with daily tournaments. Gym was decent with enough free weights and some machines to get in a good workout. Breakfast buffet is high end with a lot of great selections. Staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful."
