From the balcony, you enjoy a view of the Soier See. The view is partially restricted by houses opposite, but you still benefit from the immediate proximity to the water. The apartment is located directly at the access road to the lake and the exit to the main road – a convenient starting point for excursions in the region.



Enjoy comfortable living in a central location with short distances to the lake, tennis court, sports field, the nearby town center and nature.

At Haus Elfriede Schmid in Bad Bayersoien, you enjoy communal amenities such as a covered seating area in summer and storage options for bicycles. A tennis court is about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is close to a lake, which you can reach in just a few minutes on foot. In summer, the lake invites you to swim and sunbathe, while in winter, groomed trails for classic style and skating are available directly at the lake. The spa is located directly opposite. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Two communal parking spaces are at your disposal. You can store and charge your bicycles in the garage. If you arrive by train, we will gladly pick you up from Saulgrub station. Events are not permitted on the property.
