"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. "I was impressed with this hotel and would recommend it. The single room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included in the price) was excellent with wide spread of choices. Help yourself. After a long flight to Berlin the hotel an hour north was an ideal stopping place."
