L'environnement : Balaruc les Bains, L'Etang de Thau est un étang d'eau de mer, très peu profond et donc parfait pour des baignades familiale avec les enfants. Disposant d'un plan d'eau exceptionnel, l'étang de Thau autorise la navigation en toutes saisons. Le Centre nautique Manuréva où l’on peut pratiquer de nombreux sports sur l’étang (catamaran, paddle, kayak, optimiste, etc) est accessible dès 6 ans. D'autres activités sont proposées : tennis, cyclotourisme, pétanque, beach-volley, skate-parc. Réputée depuis l'antiquité, l'eau thermale devient source de bien-être, faites l'expérience d'un moment détente au spa « O’balia, le 1er SPA thermal de la méditerranée », et ne manquez pas de voir le « Jardin Antique Méditerranéen ». De nombreux sites sont à visiter: Sète, premier port de pêche de Méditerranée, avec son marché couvert aux Halles et le panorama du Mont Saint Clair. Bouzigues, Mèze et Marseillan, des villages authentiques, sont célèbres pour leur production de fruits de mer (huîtres, moules...). Agde pour son patrimoine historique, une visite au Musée de l'Ephèbe s'impose. Frontignan pour son Muscat et sa célèbre plage de galets Des Aresquiers. Belle maison, à recommander

Maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Accueil de l'agence fort sympathique. Petit étonnement pour le paiement en sus de location pour l'électricité et gaz car non précisé dans l' annonce.
