I have previously stayed 3 other times at the Key Premier and one of the reasons I continue to stay there is because of the staff. As a rule, the staff would be very friendly and always made guests feel special; upon arrival from the airport guests were offered a glass of fresh juice as they were checking in, a doorman was always attentive to opening the door for guests coming and going, the desk staff greeted guests each time they passed by, etc. Sadly this wasn't the case during my recent visit. The guests appear to no longer be the top priority of the staff. It seems the standards have been lowered. Even the bathroom towels were frayed and looked a bit worn.

Great location
Great location..the hotel was kept clean and tidy by all members of staff. Staff very pleasant all say hello . breakfast had a good choice and tasty .pool area next to the dining area was on the 7th floor very relaxing.i would stay here again and would highly recommend a stay here in the city centre
