Overall great experience and great location if you have to do travel to Otwock area

this is a wonderful hotel just out side the city of Warsaw. The staff was very accommodating. The pool & spa were excellent . The Concierge took great care of us

I often travel and have to stay in hotels. Ibis Airport Hotel is The Cutest and Cosyest Hotel I've ever stayed in!!! And it's a brand new!!! Rooms and Lounge area are comfortable, with a bright design. Staff is genuinely polite and ready to help. Breakfast and a Free taxi FROM and TO the airport. Special "Thank you" for Irina, Bruno and Julia (cook) Good job!!!

Would stay again, good hotel in the area!

Excellent breakfast

The staff found my car keys and kept them until we came back from our trip. I am very thankful for that.

I am visiting from America and I am very happy with this hotel. The staff is great, great restaurant, the rooms are clean and along with the entire section of Wilanów, the hotel is just about brand new. I have a suite with a kitchen and it was stocked with a fridge, dish soap, dishes, and utensils which is refreshing because this isn't always the case with other hotels I've been to. I work remote and a major plus for me was the great Wifi. I think it is capped at about 30Mbps but it is...

great!

Absolutely outstanding! Very conveniently located not to far from the Chopin Airport, but not to close. Easy access to the public tranportation. Very friendly and accomodating staff, clean and spacious rooms. Modern design. Perfect for an occasional traveller sa well as for participants of conference participants. Free continental breakfast and wifi. Overall perfect!

Clean, comfy room. Staff friendly and polite. Probably because they are foreigners like me. I am Ukrainian and been mistreated numerous times by polish people because my accent. I will spend my money some place else.

Really good in general, free airport shuttle, they helped me with money exchange, printing documents, luggage storage. Breakfast is excellent!

Superb facilities, with a most modern and beautifully set of rooms. Excellent staff and shuttle service to airport was simply outstanding and part of the basic room charge. Amazing breakfast buffet as well. Totally enjoyed my time here and will stay here again on my next trip to Warsaw!

I booked this hotel just for a quick night after arriving late into Warsaw and having an early flight the next morning. I had read that they offered a free shuttle to and from the airport but I wasn’t sure where to find it. During one layover, I emailed the hotel and quickly received wonderful instructions for finding the shuttle. The hotel was less than 10 minutes away. When I arrived, Gosia at the desk was very friendly and even assisted me with a charging adapter for my cell phone....

Very clean property, the staff were absolutely helpful and sweet! The breakfast was nice and just like most have said the pancakes are delicious. Very nice and would stay again!

Very clean. Breakfast was very good. Close to the airport

Everything was good! It was a bit away from the city center Breakfast was great, lots of options
