Lovely hotel in a great location. Thebsyaff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the pool isn't very big and can get quite busy. The 360 rooftop bar has fantastic views of Madrid. However in the evening it can get very busy and there can be a long wait for seating. As it was busy we felt that once our food and drinks had finished there was an expectation for us to leave. If we visit Madrid at some point in the future then we would definitely stay at this hotel again

You can't beat the location of the hotel... It's very clean and SUPER safe. The room was confortable and worth the price. Unfortunately, after a few nights, the mattress caved in so if this is an issue for you, make sure to mention it during check in.

"If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then ..."
