Excellent apartment with amazing town view
Staff was very helpful - we were called time prior checking and reminding us about payments deadline. Check-in agent met us in the apartment, he was very helpful and friendly. Apartment's layout is excellent for family - 3 small bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allow privacy for parents and separate sleeping areas for children. Kitchen has all new appliances, and everything what may be needed for cooking and serving meals for the family. The most important - incomparably amazing town view from the balcony and bedrooms windows!

Although the location is great, the apartment was a little small and not terribly useful for any more than 3 people. The neighbors in the apartment next door were extremely noisy at all hours of the day and night, until 3-5 in the morning. The apartment itself looks like a rental unit, kind of tired and beat up. It could definitely use some fixing up.

Pleasant stay, safe, enchanting views.
We had a fine time at this space overlooking Placa Tetuan. Plenty of room to stretch out, fun 17th-floor view watching traffic from the balcony, for us no problem walking everywhere we wanted to go. Several favorite restaurants just up Sant Joan (Petitbo for breakfats -- outstanding). Lots of equipment if you want to cook. Host Daniele was trippy, an amusing character. All good. (Although bring your own tp.)

Really well-equipped apartment in amazing location
Owner was extremely helpful and made the check-in process easy. Apartment was exactly as it looked, but the views were much, much better. Magnificent outlook, as long as you don't mind heights. We'd definitely stay there again.

Welcomed by a friendly check-in, and had the basics for what we needed in the apartment. Gorgeous sunset views and plenty of room for us. The bedroom with the two trundle beds was bigger than we had planned, plus had a large window with a view of Sagrada Familia!

Excellent location for walking!
We had a wonderful time in Barcelona. The location of the property was part of that. From the apartment you can walk to La Predrera, Casa Battlo, La Rambla, The Gothic Quarter and if you really love to walk you can make it to the Sea. There was also a cab station right outside the apartment as well. The view from the balcony and bedrooms was amazing and it was lovely to be able to cook in the small kitchen. It is well anointed with pans and dishes and a small espresso machine. There is a nice little grocery store right around the corner.

Location, location, location! And views!
Great property to use as a base for walking to all of the major sights in Barcelona! It’s no more than a gentle 20 minute walk to La Rambla, Arc de Triumph, markets, La Sargada Familia, the beaches and museums. Also close to great restaurants and tapas bars. No need for taxis or metro although those are located on the Plaça Tetuan. Views from the apartment are spectacular (the La Sargada Familia dominates the view from two bedrooms). Felt safe when strolling after dark. Building was very clean and the apartment was well equipped with new appliances. You will need to purchase some basics (TP, dishwasher/ laundry soap, hand soap etc. upon arrival but there are little markets within 5 minute walk). Beds are comfortable and clean. That said the main bathroom could use a freshen up. Black mould starting to show in the shower caulking. The other bathroom was fine. No big deal. Great spot and recommended.

Could use some work
Was really hoping this was as good as the pictures and it's close but overall experience and stay is average, by far NOT luxury. Property needs some TLC, there was a scraped off portion of the wall in one of the guest rooms that looked like someone had punched a hole in it. The smaller bathroom has grimy tiles which i didn't step into without flip flops. The pool was unuseable, turns out i packed a bikini for nothing, it requires it's own key per unit which was not provided to us. The check in process was not enjoyable at all, the agent was straight to business, didn't show us around the apartment and was very quick to ask for our passports and deposit as we stood there with our luggage rather than acclimating us to the unit or asking about our travel. I get the transactions have to happen but a little customer courtesy would have been welcome. We turned on the AC and immediately got a knock on the door and a printed sheet telling us that the AC makes a lot of noise for our neighbor, they'd kindly request we turn it off. Sorry but that's SO not my problem, that should be taken up with the rental service/owner not with the folks vacationing there. Best thing about the property was the location, as the views are lovely although for the price of it i would not stay there again. Kinda also wondering when my deposit will be refunded, it's been on hold for over 13 days now. For luxury and the cost, please book another property or hotel for that matter.

Great stay in Barcelona
My family and I chose to stay a week in Barcelona following a cruise in the Mediterranean. We wanted a place we could enjoy as a family but without feeling like we were on top of each other. This property met those needs. The location was great - it was close enough to the things we wanted to see and do. There were some great places to eat nearby and being able to get a taxi or take metro was convenient. Also, even though the flat was in a busy area, there were dual windows which cut out the noise making it very quiet for sleeping. There was a washer which was helpful since we had been on a cruise and couldn't carry 2-weeks worth of clothes; wi-fi was appreciated and there was a TV which allowed to watch the FIFA World Cup when it started. The kitchen was stocked with plates / utensils / pots & pans for cooking. The only thing I'd recommend to anyone visiting is to bring some convenience items if you plan to use the kitchen (paper towels / sugar / salt & pepper). Fortunately, there was a coffee press, toaster and hot water rapid boiler to use. Communication with the property manager was easy and the check-in / check-out was smooth. The roof top pool looked nice but there weren't any lounge chairs or chairs but if you wanted to cool down it was an inviting pool.

Great stay except...
Location of the apartment was wonderful. It was withing walking distance to everything you would want to see or do. It was comfortable for the 5 of us. My only complaint is thst during our stay the WiFi was not working. We were told it was up to the internet company to resolve the issue. We were there for 3 nights. One of the major reasons I booked this apartment was because it offered free WiFi, and I needed to be able to access the internet for my work. I asked the property manager if it were possible to receive a discounted rate due to this problem and never received a response. I don't think offering a discounted rate is too much to ask because I had to pay additional money to be able to access my hot spot on my phone for my laptop, and the international rate is expensive. I could not recommend this apartment if having free WiFi is a necessity because you might end up having to pay expensive rates through your cell provider to access the internet if the WiFi is down. If free WiFi is not a necessity, then I would recommend this apartment.

This unit had fantastic view and was a short 10 minute walk to the Arc de triumph. It was a 15-20 minute walk to most of the attractions and all of the shopping and dining. Great coffee store across the street. Great views from roof top pool too. Loved it.

Beautiful apartment in a good location
We stayed here for a few days and the apartment is beautiful. No problems with anything. I’d definitely recommend that anyone staying here bring every toiletry imaginable. There was one towel per person for 4 nights, 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and no extras like hand soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. this is very much a beautiful apartment that, apart from bare essentials like furniture and bedding, is bare. Just do a big shop upon arriving and you’ll be fine.

Really lovely apartment
This apartment was very reasonably pric d considering the general price of accommodation in Barcelona. Situated in Eixample and walkable distance to most of the sights. We stayed here for four nights and didn't have any real problems. The only negative in my opinion were the water pressure was low so we couldn't really use both bathrooms at the same time. There is a supermarket opposite which is open 24hours and a small bakery too so breakfast is sorted! Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again

Fantastic apartment with everything we needed. Brilliant location and outstanding views.
We really enjoyed our week in Barcelona. The apartment was very central and most of the sites were within walking distance. After a busy day of sightseeing it was good to relax at the rooftop pool.

Good location, lovely views but needs more attention to details
We stayed as a group of 5 as part of a birthday long weekend. Booking went well, and good communication. However, the address you are given to reach the property, is in fact on the opposite side of two busy main roads, with a huge roundabout in the middle. Despite us looking for ten minutes, and unable to get a reception to make a call, we eventually spoke with the agent who was rather cross that we did not somehow know this information, and that we were loss. However, agent was more ameniable once in the apartment, although left us feeling a bit "second rate". Property has lovely views of the city. Balcony would benefit from more chairs. Only two provided when apartment caters for 5. Similar with kitchen equipment, not enough wine glasses for 5 people, no full length mirror anywhere in the apartment and a rather unsightly large brown stain in the living room ceiling which was not mentioned. 2 bathrooms, which is helpful, one with shower and sink, the other with bath and sink (very spacious for many females to use the one of two mirrors in the property!). There are lots of cafes/mini marts nearby and the apartment feels safe and secure. there is a very kind Spanish gentleman who works on the front desk who helped our last arriving guest who was joining us, up to the apartment in person. Very nice service! We used the pool on the Sunday until 2pm. very nice and lovely breeze. Overall no great issues and we had a very pleasant time in Barcelona.
