The rooftop and service at this hotel were amazing. The amenities and hotel rooms itself were also great. The area can be a bit sketchy at night but is in a very central to la Rambla location! We really enjoyed our stay

AC wasnt working in the room nor the fridge in the room. First night the electricity went off for an hour without notice at 1:00 am, we woke up and tried to call reception with no answer. We had to go down on the stairs and again up on the stairs after they said they're testing the security system... At least they should have informed us ahead of time. The area is shady and lots of homeless around the hotel which presented different challenges

Hotel is just ok. The roof top is nice. Rooms are small and bathroom doesn’t have privacy door. It’s dark inside too. Beds are comfortable and staff are nice friendly. Area around hotel does not feel safe. Even taxi drivers keep telling us how unsafe the area is. The last taxi driver told us not to stay here again if we come back to visit Barcelona. I was with my husband and teenage son and they didn’t like it. Don’t stay here.

Pros- close to all the major attractions in Barcelona. Well maintained hotel. 360 view from rooftop. Cons- very unsafe area. Limited dining options nearby. Housekeeping not great. Staff not too friendly. Dirty exteriors and a very intimidating vibe around the property. We were advised to not walk outside at night as the area is not safe.

The hotel itself was good. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The rooftop was impressive - there is no pool as advertised. It is more like a large bathtub. There were 2 negatives why I won’t be staying there again: 1. The cleaning staff didn’t clean our room until 5pm one day! 2. The area is terrible and dangerous to walk with my daughters. Taxis are not existent in the area and because of the danger, we couldn’t walk to the metro, which crosses several dangerous streets. As a result we were stuck at the hotel at night- or we had to wait 45 m for an Uber.

I booked here at the last minute because I had screwed up the dates on another reservation. When I first walked in there was a strong perfume smell and the furniture was pink. It is also in a bad neighborhood. After staying a few nights though I realized, the staff is top notch. They really aim to please. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly and they had extra amenities like toothbrushes in the room. Overall, it wasn’t bad. It’s close to La Rembler which is the Main Street in Barcelona

The location is great in the daytime and walking distance to La Rambla and subway, but walking around in the evening is not for the faint-of-heart. Gorgeous roof-top view at the lounge, and the buffet breakfast is superb. Only issue we had was the non-existent shower door that meant our bathroom flooded every time we took a shower, but otherwise the room was clean, tidy and spacious. Would recommend and stay again, in a different room with a shower door :)
