This is a great hotel; very conveniently located; we were able to walk to many popular spots from there. Very clean, and a decent sized room. The hotel was quite upscale IMO. Nice rooftop & restaurant. Can's say enough about staff, super friendly and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful and quite. You felt nice and safe, I felt that you could walk to so many places and so many places to eat The roof top bar and resturant was great, our waiter Luna was so sweet. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Had great recommendations for dining, tours, etc. . Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Morning breakfast and rooftop bar/restaurant. were very convenient. Location can’t be beat. Many shopping and dining options nearby, and easy to get a cab to more distant sites.

The hotel location is in the middle of the best shopping and dining in Barcelona. It is 20 to 25 minutes by taxi from the port or airport. The property is esthetically appealing with a very contemporary look. The rooftop restaurant and bar are fantastic and a popular meeting place. The breakfast is very nice with a well-planned buffet. The staff is very professional and helpful.

This hotel has absolutely marvelous staff. The location was wonderful, main attractions within walkable distance.The rooftop lounge has excellent food and drinks. The only thing I would recommend is to update rooms especially bathrooms.

The property itself was phenomenal! All of the hotel staff were great, what was not great at all was the rooftop restaurant. We went up twice and neither time had a single waiter come to us as we had to ask for service. The second time we never got our order so decided to leave.

We LOVED the area that this hotel was in - we were right across from Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel, etc! The hotel staff was very professional and had great manners! Always someone there to open the door, get you a taxi, answer questions, etc. We were, however, disappointed that we paid for a "terrace" and did not receive one on the 1st night - and then the second two nights had a room with a small balcony with no seating. That part was a bummer as we really love being able to sit outside on our trips. We had dinner & drinks at their Rooftop one night during sunset & that was lovely! Noise was a little loud at night due to being on a busy street. Coffee was not great - a teapot you heated up with little instant coffee packs. For the price we paid, we expected Nespresso level coffee. Lastly, the door getting into the toilet area was not ergonimical - it would hit the main bathroom door. Made no sense, lol. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We booked a king room. The bed was 2 twin beds pushed together. The mattresses were hard as rocks. I was thankful that we only booked one night there- we both had a horrible nights sleep.
