Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"Wir waren mit 20 Personen in der Unterkunft um unser Sommerfest zu feiern. Die Lage ist super, 5min mit dem Auto vom Südufer des Kirnbergsees entfernt. Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen. Für 20 Personen war ausreichend Platz, sowohl an dem großen Esstisch, als auch im Wohnbereich und draußen auf der Terrasse. "We had such a wonderful time in and around Wangen which is very beautiful. Johanna was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome on arrival and kindly left us a bottle of wine.
