The room was nice. Your valet is a mess! The young attendant, about 28 years old is RUDE. For us to have to pay $40.00 to park is INSANE! You could have a charge to park but you should lower it! I was in the hotel/casino business for over 30 years and NEVER SAW SUCH A RIDICULOUS PRICE TO PARK. We played a little at one of your bars, and A GLASS IF ROSE could not be a bar comp! REALLY?? Better lower some of your prices and remove some insane charges or you all will lose a lot of customers. Also, need MUCH BETTER SIGNAGE FOR S LF PARKING! We could not find it, only found area for oversized vehicles. Your bathroom floor needs a lot of cleaning- many spots all over the floor.
We wil never be back !

Hotel staff was very helpful throught our whole stay. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Located right on the strip and so many good restaurants this hotel has to offer.
