Pleasant cozy studio of 25 sqm completely renovated in the dunes of Carteret with two exteriors available, a terrace facing East (sun dice in the morning) and a small garden oriented West.
private residence with shared parking, tennis and basketball court, quiet and relaxing, pedestrian hamlet no vehicles. Access to the beach by the dunes 10 minutes walk. Nice view of Barneville. You will be in nature.

La location est totalement conforme à l'annonce, aucune mauvaise surprise, que des bonnes. Petit logement très bien équipé et la terrasse est un vrai plus (les 2 terrasses même !) En sortant de la location, pas besoin de voiture pour aller à la plage par les dunes, plage immense et très tranquille. Fabienne est très prévenante : envoi d'un message pour savoir si l'arrivée s'est bien passée. La literie est tout à fait correcte. J'y retournerais très certainement. Location et région que je recommande
