"The staff was very friendly and nice. Electric went off to rooms only and elevators were down. They did one working before we left. Floors were dirty and stairwells looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Hand rails not attached to wall. Roaches in the bathroom. No washcloths or soap. I have ..."

"Room and building were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was slightly dated and missing a couple things that would've been helpful (outlets accessible from both sides of king bed, shower head wouldn't stay adjusted and kept falling back down)."
