"Some of the silverware had to be re-washed. One of the coffeemaksers had what looked like mildew at the bottom, so we used neither coffeemaker. On the pier were a couple of life jackets and the storage bins doors were wide open. Otherwise, things were excellent and we love to come back."

"I have been in real estate for 37 years and this property was beautiful. The scenic view from the covered porch and the inside was as comfortable as staying in your own home (very comfortable). The location is just 10--15 minutes into downtown Galax but being in the peaceful setting was more than anyone could ask for. They have everything you could need from a long nose lighter for camp fires to bug spray. There were even snacks waiting for us, stuff to make s'mores and treats for my pup.
