The Italian themed rooms are a little over the top! However the room was super clean from floor to ceiling the traffic noise was a little more than we expected bring so close to the highway!

The hotel was nice, but they just take your desposit and you dont get it back. Its 200$ and if you call they just tell you to call your bank - wouldnt stay here again and definitely wouldnt have stayed had i known theyd steal 200$ from my credit card

Mostly views of industrial businesses and the highway. Not a very walk-able road. But I LOVED the heated, salt-water indoor pool.

Very nice hotel. Affordable. Bed was not as comfortable as other Monte Carlo Inn’s I’ve stayed at so that was a bit disappointing, otherwise ok stay

I left four hours after checking in there are no black curtains, and all the light comes in and I wasn’t gonna stay to wake up at five in the morning from the sun

This hotel was in need of updates. Currently some renovations are underway. The side entrance key card doesn’t work and the intercom is broken. We had to walk all the way around the building to the main entrance from our car at midnight. Staff seemed grumpy. Room was fine. Location was convenient.

It's an older property and in much need of an upgrade. The rooms and hallways have a bit of a smell. Also, no water bottles on the property. We had to drive to the close by gas station to get some water.

There were young hockey teams staying there and the kids were running around uncontrolled in the hallways yelling and screaming. It took several calls to management before things got addressed. Very unpleasant stay.

Thank you for your review. The front staff and management addressed this issue with the parents and the children several times throughout the weekend. It is up to the parents to oversee their children and make sure that they behave. Unfortunately, the some of the hockey parents were more interested in their own agenda. We are sorry that this incident occurred during your stay.
