“Little gem to rest after a busy day exploring the town and enjoying the beach. Stunning view from the back terrace. Seems like the small pool in the area it’s being repaired but we did not have expectations of using it. The owner responds very fast, he was flexible with our requests and him and his staff are very polite. Thanks Angel!”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“Everything was very clean and organized I got confused with the address and the owner communicated with me and directed me to the exact address when I go to Puerto Rico again I will contact them again to stay at the same place ”

“SMH, The host does not take AMEX. We had 12 days in PR, no issues but this one Host. I hope things turn around for them and wish them luck in the future. Glad we didn't stay.”

“The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. Just kind of……
