The front desk attendant was ok, no complaint there. But once you walked into the hallway, it smelled really bad! Everything is very old. The shower was clean, but everything else seemed dirty. The carpet in the room had lots of stains. I found a cockroach in the bathroom the morning we were checking out. The area around was ok, we got in late at night and didn’t feel unsafe. Thankfully we only stayed one night and didn’t really hang out there much. But I will definitely never stay there again.

We had a great time

Great place to stay in Dallas. Was our first time visiting and we would stay again! The rooftop pool and bar were amazing. Great views & the staff were really friendly. Our only complaint are shower floor was very slippery. Actually made me nervous sometimes while showering. Our room was on the 2nd floor and near their garbage bins which we didn’t care about until we were woken up very early by the grease/garbage truck during the week which was frustrating while on holiday trying to sleep in. Even with those minor complaints it was a great experience and highly recommend staying at this hotel!
