“Overall the hotel was good. Just disappointed with their spa massage. Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. But the oil wasn't hot/warm. Diffenitely less than 60mins. Me & my hubby feels they just rush to finish. At the end we realised is exactly 2 hrs. But the conclusion is the 2 hrs it……

“在Hotels. Com上預訂兩張單人床的房間，現場辦理住宿時卻被告知房間已滿只剩雙人床住宿。這就算了，進去房間內想洗個熱水澡，卻發現熱水器都不熱，打了客房服務也拖了很久派人來看，最後告知修不好請再多等半小時試試看會不會熱，最後以客滿的緣故告知無法換房。想請他們送招待的熱牛奶，也用裝聽不懂英文打算敷衍帶過。床上枕頭有非常明顯噁心的污漬。是個絕對會給負評的酒店，根本不值得四顆星。”

“我去這個酒店超過20年很舒服和合理價錢唯一改變就係Spa以前好乾淨好靚，現在有點污糟和舊因為改變咗管理層一樣都係好舒服不過夠了很多管理有點污糟。”

“Beautiful resort with fantastic view of sea and beach. The service was great and all staff served with big smile and friendly attitude. The dinner and breakfast buffet were great, but the price is little bit expensive. The room was clean and you can keep yourself online with strong wifi coverage everywhere in the resort.”
