Giovanni and Nadine are very excellent hosts. They were responsive to our questions. Their hotel is conveniently located between the train station and the Duomo in Florence. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

This location was amazing, the staff was so nice, and the room was fantastic. This is a 5 out of 5 star property. Areas for improvement are: we were in floor 2 and the bar could be heard well into the night especially on Saturday night and the gym was broken while we were there (no machines would power on). The equipment in the gym is super old and not up to the standards you would expect for a nice American hotel. Adding newer and more machines to the gym like a peloton would go a long ways. With that said most people aren’t coming to Florence wanting a nice gym, but this is important to our family. Overall, we would look to stay here again when we come back to Florence. Thank you!

Clean and quiet, clean and keep the room very tidy. Ice machine in the lobby but most of time empty (but staff willing to get it from the bar). On arrival. Staff walk you through the breakfast area (very good food) and facilities. Very close to the train station. But not too crowded.

Exceptional use of space. Focus on efficiency and guest experience was evident at all points of our visit. Rooms were quiet and well appointed with updated technology. Would highly recommend
