Wonderful location!
Perfect, cozy beach house just a few houses down from the beach. Tons of beds and sleeping space with a nice backyard and outdoor shower. Not a ton of 'hang out' space but why hang out in the house when you have the beach so close by? We will be back. . .

FANTASTIC place on LBI
This "cute little cottage" is MUCH larger than it looks. 5 full size beds- two bedrooms on the first floor, a bedroom upstairs and two beds in the loft upstairs. This place has anything and everything you will need to include televisions in every room, nice private air conditioning units in every room (not window units). The place was immaculately clean and Craig was very easy to work with. The backyard is great, has a grill, picnic table, and the outside shower is a nice addition as well. Beach chairs and SIX beach badges. I cannot say enough about how comfortable we were, how comfortable the beds were, how equipped the kitchen was, we will definitely be returning to this property! FABULOUS place. *Don't forget your linens and towels*

Great cottage close to the beach!
This was the second time we rented this house, and we had a great week! The house is very cozy and only a block and a half from the beach. We definitely hope to rent the house again in the future.

Great Amenities But Lacking Some General Upkeep
Quaint cottage near a beautiful beach. Has all the modern conveniences - split A/C units, ceiling fans, new TVs, updated full bathroom, new fridge, new grill, outdoor shower, shaded picnic table out back. It's also more roomy than it appears in the photos and it gets very beautiful light throughout the day. We had a couple issues with bugs though - ants in the kitchen, spiders in the cupboards, and a silverfish outside of the bedrooms on the first floor. There were several small issues as well like dead batteries and burnt out lightbulbs. Craig graciously made himself available to address any issues, but we preferred to make do and enjoy our family time together as much as possible.

Best Vacation
Wonderful cottage with everything we needed & wanted in a great location with 1 block walk to beach (spectacular september weather with warm water). Kitchen has everything we needed & the Acme is near (@ 1+ mile) as is Marvel bakery (@ 3 blocks) which is still making best doughnuts on planet after a half century plus. Lots of other good dining options a short walk (@ 4 blocks) in Beach Haven Terrace. Biked & walked almost everywhere from this cozy cottage where I hosted friends and family. Beach chairs, sand toys, outdoor eating with umbrella shade, commodious outdoor shower open to the sky… so happy here with all the ingredients for an unforgettable beach vacation
