RJ at the counter was the best worker. Always helpful. The shuttle was good fireplaces really big nice in the cold. The guys opening doors were alway curtious. There should be coffee longer at least until 9. House cleaning was very good as maintenance unplugged bathroom sink in a very timely manor. There needs to be no jumping off the rocks, so kids don’t get paralyzed. Take it out, very dangerous. Some parents really just don’t care ,obviously .

I’d love to give this hotel 5 stars but I feel 4 is more appropriate. Overall the place is very nice. The staff is amazing and super friendly. I’m giving 4 stars because we found a pill in our bed so I question if housekeeping is changing sheets like they should be. I paid for my reservation but once we got there they added an extra $20 for “incidentals”.
