These folks held a delivery for me that involved a component very critical to my work in the area. I really appreciated them looking out for the delivery and holding it for me til I arrived the next day. Next time I return to Port Arthur I will be staying here again. All the other amenities were fine at a fair price.

There was an unknown substance splashed on the wall behind the toilet. The shower/tub was slippery with no hand holds or anything to abate the slipperiness on the floor of the tub. Staff seems to not care if we were there are not...

We specifically researched for a hotel that served a full breakfast. Your add said you did... however, there wasn't even bread for toast! We left and went out. We will not be choosing Comfort Inn again.

Pool was under maintenance. Door handle broken so took like 5 mins to get into room every time. Bathroom shower had mold all over it. Floor was dirty like it wasn’t vacuumed. We asked for a crib and the one they gave us looked like it was pulled out of a mechanic shop. Just overall bad experience. We didn’t even give the breakfast a shot. We checked out and just left.

After traveling several hours we were looking forward to a long hot shower and going to bed. The shower only had Luke warm water. I was so disappointed. Then the pillows were like a handful of mush! I spoke to front desk and was told they would call me after speaking to owner. I never received a call back! Don’t stay here…a huge disappointment 😡

First three days were terrible. I wasn’t allowed to check in at first due to a late check in (I work nights in the plants). Second morning my door reader would not work. Staff could not fix it and made me wait 3 hours for a manager to come in. Third day, cleaning staff ignored my do not disturb sign and tried entering my room twice, waking me up both times. Staff said they’re sorry, no concessions were offered.

The property was very clean but the tile in the shower needs to be replaced. The hotel has a strong smell. I purchased plug ins and that still did not work.

The room was good, had a few issues. TV didn't work when we got there, somehow got unplugged, phone didn't work to call the desk, it was unplugged from the phone jack. Overall good experience, was a little noisy from the freeway but wasn't terrible! Room was clean and had a great shower. Will definitely stay there again when we gi back to visit!
