The room and bed were clean. The toilet and sink were also clean. Unfortunately the bathtub was filthy, so much so that my wife was able to scrape her finger nail through the scum. The front staff clerk was responsive and came and cleaned it immediately. Kudos to her as I imagine that is not her specific job. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and we obtained a satisfactory sleep. The continental breakfast was sufficient and kept well supplied by the staff. I would use this hotel again.

It was a great stay, no surprises

The room was so hot part of our party had to get another hotel room. There is no one at the front desk after 8:30 so we weren’t able to talk to anyone about the issue.

Great place to stay, right in the heart of Waterton

The property was as expected. Middle of the road , nothing fancy, not a dive bar. Check in and check out was pretty easy and the ladies at the front desk were super. Location is excellent, and there is a playground / splash park / right there across from the check in and the restaurant. Great for families with small children. Rooms were cozy and clean. We were up on the second floor and had a small balcony to relax on. All in all a pretty good room in Waterton. Paid around $300 all in ,which i thought was pretty pricey for what it was, but it was in the first week of August during prime time summer season. The pool and hot tub were closed when we were there ( was supposed to be open late July)_, which was another kick in the pants for everyone there. 6.5 outta 10.
