Had some problems with the door unlocking but figured out that you had to wiggle the door to get electronic lock to unlock. But be aware that there is a steep driveway going up to the house. "We had the most wonderful experience during our stay at Dave's remarkable home. Nestled against a breathtaking mountain backdrop, the views from both the front porch and the back deck were beautiful. One of the highlights of our stay was walking down to the riverfront (a .5 mile walk from the home). It gave you a different view of the mountains and we even saw a family of bald eagles. "Property was excellent overall. We were there in January and there was significant snow. The one thing that would have made it better was to be able to open the garage door remotely (a garage door opener or at least a keypad on the side of the door frame). Without it, you have to walk through the snow and up the stairs, into the house, then down the stairs again to open the garage door from the inside."
