"This is a nice flat on a quiet street but close to a bustling street with trams, supermarkets and restaurants and takeaways. I do recommend it, but there are a couple of things that would have imporived it. Access the the building uses digital code which is easy to use, except the door itself needed to be forced open. There were several times where getting into the building required some brute force, not a problem for me but difficult for some girls staying in other flats. I heard people phoning...

"Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so).
It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet.
Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am.
The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though. "

"Leider versprechen die Bilder mehr …selbst für den schmalen Geldbeutel ist’s ärgerlich .
Immerhin -das Bett war bequem , die Bettwäsche frisch !
Achtung -Handtücher müssen dazu gebucht werden .
Leider gabs ,obwohl angeschrieben, kein WiFi.
Lage der Unterkunft war für Ausflüge gut .

"Very bad. Dirty and this is the bed mattress. Sheets full of dirt in all the rooms.
Owner does not care and said ‘as long as the sheet on top of the mattress is clean’ it doesn’t matter. "

"Great apartment. conveniently located to the trams and buses. lots of grocery stores, restaurants and great bakeries. Staff in office were so friendly and kind. I would definitely stay there again. Ejoyed having breakfast on the balcony."
"I thought this hotel was great. The hotel and room were both modern. The room itself had enough room and we had our son with us and the extra bed for him was really spacious. We liked that there was a safe, internet and tv you could chrome cast to all included. The location was great as there was a tram line right outside but it was also only a walk to the beautiful Danube. The hotel staff were really friendly and it had a small shop of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. I can definitely recommend it as a good base to stay for a Vienna visit and I would definitely stay here again. "
"Great location next to U4 train with connection to all parts of city. Kitchen in unit is small, but is acceptable for this type of accommodation. Would definitely use this facility again."
"Excellent staff, were very helpful, Maria especially. Hotel is centrally located, tram is just 30 second (Nusdorfer Strasse) and in front of the hotel and train is about 10 min walk (Spittelau station). "
"The Hotel Bellevue was in a great location. Trams stopped frequently in the street just outside the hotel's front doors. Also a train station was quite nearby. Getting anywhere in the city was so convenient.
Regarding the hotel itself, it was great! The room was spacious and well maintained. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room. There were many options available in the breakfast buffet and everything served fresh. It was a delight to just wander down to the breakfast room and start each day! "
