“NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel……

“The house has many good points but overall it all felt a bit cheap and tacky, and like the host was cost cutting at every opportunity. For example, the shower gels offered were all little tiny bits left behind by other guests. Some instant coffee was left. It was a tiny amount, just enough for the 6 adults to have one cup of coffee. Just all a bit mean. The house was very hot and there were no fans. Although we shut the curtains they were so flimsy the sun and heat still got through……
