Dizia que a recepção era 24 horas fui ao local as 23:00 e estava tio fechado liguei para o telefone ouvir o mesmo tocar e ninguém apareceu para atender não pude me hospedar espero ser ressarcido.

Firstly - Belem Centro Hotel has changed its name to Top Economico - my taxi took me to Bel Central Hotel which is 350m away!! When I got to Top Economico hotel, the receptionist was not apologetic just - it's this now!! I wanted to use the fridge, when I asked for help, As I didn't want to plug the wrong wire in, I had to push him to come and help me!! The next morning the female receptionist was very helpful and tried the best she could with the language barrier, otherwise I would have given a much lower mark. The room is basic, nothing special but fine. Location good.

O estabelecimento precisa melhorar muito, especialmente no elevador, que parece que vai cair a qualquer momento, não tem manutenção e nem mesmo resposta aos comandos (as luzes estão queimadas). Não tem cantina, nem mesmo que vc queira pagar e, apesar de no site falar que tem café da manhã, NA REALIDADE NÃO TEM. O hall de entrada da recepção é terrível e logo que vc entra vc tem a sensação de que o hotel é um cativeiro. Já no quarto, apesar das paredes e teto estarem recentemente pintadas, a cama de casal é de molas e está totalmente deteriorada, impossível dormir nela, tive que dormir na de solteiro que tinha no quarto. As fronhas de travesseiros parecem sujas, e eu tive que encapá-lo com uma blusa minha para ter coragem de usar. O AR CONDICIONADO FAZ TANTO BARULHO QUE VC TEM QUE ESCOLHER DORMIR NO CALOR OU NÃO DORMIR.

Pra quem quer economizar o preço é bom. Bem no centro comercial da cidade. Não tem conforto, tudo é básico. A limpeza e arrumação é boa. Mas os lençóis são antigos.

0 hotel é bem localizado perto de tudo o atendimento é 10. Só as camas do quarto onde fiquei que estavam meio ruim e a central que não estava gelando bem. Mas o restante estava tudo bom. Eu recomendo o hotel.

Não houve estadia. Ao chegar nesse estabelecimento que se intitula de hotel, o elevador não estava funcionando, a recepção imunda, escadas apertadas, quarto com paredes descascadas, frigobar não funciona, ar condicionado péssimo e o atendente me informou que estava sem uma fase de energia. Só me restou pedir para fechar a reserva e procurar outro lugar. O que mais me admira é a HOTÉIS. COM manter um lugar imundo desse em sua lista. Pura decepção.

Great location in the center of downtown Belem, close to the bay. Terrible hotel conditions though. Their WiFi did not work & their phones did not have long distance, so I was without communication since my network was out of reach. They do not have simple room amenities such as a soap. The water to shower came out cold. And the day that I left, there was no water coming at all - neither to shower or to brush my teeth. Lastly, the small phone in order to communicate with reception is almost useless. I called several times and only got a return an hour later. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Horrível

Um horror. Elevador velho, corredor escuro, lençóis de cama velhos, reservamos para dormir pois no dia seguinte era nosso voo e nem dormir conseguimos. Nunca mais voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel.
