Horrible experience :-(

Our flight was cancelled and we had to travel to Belem with a complicated itinerary, arriving the day after our booked stay. We sent a message to the hotel about our late arrival, we tried calling the hotel, but unfortunately no one answered the phone and later we found out that the staff only spoke Portuguese. After our arrival, staff refused to accommodate us even though they had rooms available, they were unfriendly and unpleasant. Never again.

Os quartos possuem um isolamento acústico ruim; o serviço de quarto não limpou completamente o ambiente, se resumindo à arrumação da cama; o banheiro ficou com vazamento na torneira o tempo todo; o chuveiro estava sujo e com vários furos entupidos; apareceram baratas pequenas tanto no quarto quanto no elevador; o café da manhã possui poucas opções, além de ser repetido todos os dias, sem variação. Em um dos dias o bolo de chocolate estava estragado; os funcionários são atenciosos, mas nem todos conseguem resolver os problemas; em um dos dias fiquei sem toalha no quarto e tive que ir pedir; também é preciso pedir uma manta pra quem sente frio com o ar condicionado. Não pretendo ficar por lá novamente.

Péssimo atendimento

Fiz uma viagem de onze horas para chegar no meu destino. Depois, fiquei esperando mais 2:30 para liberarem o quarto. Sei que há um horário para o início do check-in. Mas o que me deixou chateada, é que pessoas que chegaram depois de mim tiveram seus quartos liberados e o meu só foi liberado porque fui novamente falar com a recepcionista. Passava das 14h e ela olhando pra mim, sem liberar o meu quarto.

Caiu a qualidade

Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei após 2 anos, comparando a última vez, essa não foi a melhor experiência. Atendimento ruim, funcionário pouco cordial. No quarto tinha apenas o lençol e 2 travesseiros, não tinha cobertor. O café da manhã caiu muito a qualidade, só tinha margarina.

Fiquei hospedada por mais de 15 dias e considero que este hotel teve o melhor custo-benefício, além de ser bem localizado, próximo ao local onde participei de um curso. O café da manhã é bom, mas por ter ficado tantos dias, senti falta de mais variedades, já que todos os dias eram oferecidos os mesmos itens (e senti falta de opções, como o cuscuz). Em relação à limpeza, a equipe foi atenciosa: todos os dias recolhiam os lixos e deixavam toalhas limpas, apenas senti dificuldade em reutilizá-las por mais de duas vezes. No geral, a experiência foi positiva, mas acredito que pequenas melhorias fariam bastante diferença.

O ponto mais positivo do hotel é o atendimento. As instalações são razoáveis. Perto do centro de convenções, porém longe da cidade velha e de muitos pontos turísticos. O trânsito de Belém não ajuda muito na locomoção.
