“My room was quite big and it was quiet and comfortable. It was quite modern, so there were already some signs of wear and tear visible. The WiFi connection was good (fast enough for online meetings). I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. When I arrived, they immediately started cleaning a room for me, and after a short wait I was able to get a room earlier than the check-in time. While waiting, the operations manager came to introduce herself and show the breakfast area. The……

My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. ”
