“Reception staff were very helpful, we arrived early for check-in so the staff very kindly offered to let us get changed and look after our luggage until our room was ready. Room was very clean, air conditioning was amazing (during heat wave!), fresh towels whenever requested, WiFi spot on, very little to no noise from other guests or outside and location was perfect, 2 min walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. Honestly can’t fault anything about the stay. Even let us store our luggage……

“Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en este hotel, los ascensores la mayoría de las veces no funcionaban, la habitación en 5 días q estuvimos nunca tiraron la basura y la limpiaban muy mal, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y todos los días íbamos a quejarnos a la recepción y nos decían q lo arreglarían y nunca lo hicieron, lo mejorcito del hotel fue el bufe, y la piscina creo q es demasiado pequeña para las dimensiones y lo lleno que se pone el hotel”

“Clean room, friendly staff, great location in the old town, lovely views from rooftop pool. Only negative the pool bar had been closed for refurbishment, the sign said it would be open from 7th July. We were there 10th - 14th and it wasn’t open.”

“On arrivall was sent to a oçcupied room. Then tv not working in room.then air con leaking water on the floor as you entered the room came to fix it 3 times .had to change my card entrance twice. Only 2 on reception helpfull. Food was very good. Was very noisy staying in front room of hotel .dont think i will stay there again.the pool area was very nice.the room was clean.”
