Excellent location. Lovely rooftop pool and bar, shame it closed at 8pm. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly. Disappointed to not be given clean towels during our three day stay, if we wanted a change of towel they charge € 7 The lounge bar is very small so many people were disappointed at not getting a seat.

Training area very bad. Should have been closed. The restaurant noisy because of stone surfaces and nothing to lower the noice from 300 people. You get exhausted there. Otherwise ok stay for the price.

Overall a nice hotel in a good location

Very nice hotel. Had a sea view on 6th floor with beautiful views. Very vlean and comfortable. Dont understand why Spanish hotels have such poor ventilation in bathrooms. Just had B&b. Food was reasonably good but not a huge choice for breakfast

Not a four star hotel in any city under any conditions. Outdated, rooms not in good condition, terrible front desk staff, feels like a tourist trap holiday inn with no class or redeeming qualities other than the beach it is in front off. A solid 2 star.

The cleaning Is poor and rare , in 3 days they cleaned , just the first day , the towels & linen never had ever been changed ! If you need to change the towels , they charge you around € 7,00 per person , a wretched and fooly policy for a 4 star hotel .. the gym is equipped with old and out of use tools.. also, the breakfast is poor, without natural fruit juices, dried fruits, musli,.a real italian espresso coffee (not from the vending machine) etc

Disappointed with tired appearance of room. It was very clean and the bed linen and towels were good. No coffee or tea making facilities? Television service very bad. Breakfast was a nightmare . Dreadful service only two guys available to clear used tables! Breakfast food was good. I am a property owner in Calpe and had to use the hotel whilst my family visited, other family members stayed in the hotel o will leave it to them to give there comments however it was not a great experience for my wife and I, as we will repeat large family gatherings in the future I will seek a different hotel

Good hotel but gym is terrible

This hotel cannot advertise that it has a gym. It was in very poor condition with almost no equipment - and the equipment that is there feels like it will break and injure me. Also, I asked for late check-out the night before my check-out day (and was willing to pay, as is their policy), but was told I had to ask in the morning of the check-out day. This is the first time in years of hotel visits that it hasn’t been possible to request it the night before. It defeats the purpose of a late check-out, which is knowing in advance that you can have a relaxing morning. I suggest they revise this highly unusual policy.

Hotel was passable room's nice size and clean. The lifts were a nightmare sometimes, to many people for 3 lifts waiting to long, And as for the restaurant at breakfast what a complete shambles it was "MANIC" had a job finding a seat tables left full of dirty dishes not a pleasant experience we were rather let down. Food was OK but was always on the cold side. Think we would pay a bit extra for a better hotel next time.

Sauberkeit okay, Zimmer okay, bis auf die Matratzen, Frühstück war super, außer, dass es sehr laut ist (durch Filmgleiter unter dem Mobiliar könnte man da eine Menge ändern), das Personal an der Rezeption war bis auf Dorothea nicht wirklich für den Beruf gemacht. Lage ist 1 a!!

Uns wurde als erstes ein Zimmer in der falschen Lage geben. Auf Nachfrage, wurde uns nach einem 15 minütigen Gespräch doch das richtige Zimmer geben. Dies würde ich mir beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne ersparen.

Fint hotell med trevlig personal nära strand

Kan rekommendera detta hotell nära stranden. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Frukostbuffén var mycket bra. Hotellet har två nedkylda pooler, vilket är väldigt svalkande när det är som varmast. Rooftop baren var mysig på kvällen Hotellets Wifi hade en del att önska, dvs det var ganska slött.
