Clean, comfortable but quite dark bedroom and bathroom, situated on lower ground floor. Some minor maintenance of cupboard doors required. Staff were nice, food was good (dinner), breakfast was okay but not great.

Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this.

"Still my go to hotel when staying in Gandia. Staff are always happy and ready to help, or simply just give a cheerful chat. "The front desk staff was amazing, the lobby was good and ample free parking was great. Room itself did not have blankets, or conditioner in the shower. The front desk staff dis not have blankets or conditioner either. you can hear the highway from your room, it was very dated. Not impressed."
