"This hotel is not a four-star hotel, rooms are quite tired and in need of a very good clean as I found many black long hairs on the floor and even in the in room dinning menu. (I have short brown hair). The room needs a very good vacuum and attention to detail looked at.
The first night that I came to the hotel after a long day at work, I was told that the restaurant was fully booked to a group of outside guests. How is it possible that paying guests staying here are completely forgotten about!...

The bathroom is a "wet" room so it is impossible that the floor won't be wet after a shower. The extractor fan requires most of the day to dry the bathroom .... hence the damp towels and bedding."
