The only issue was that the bathroom was not in the room. Maybe I missed read the description of the hotel. But the staff was amazing , very clean rooms. And the breakfast was super good.

Horrible hotel and service

It is worst hotel I lived, I lived there for two nights, the policemen came there for two nights to fix the problem. The room card didn’t work the second day so I and other customers who arrived at hotel after 10pm have to stay in the kitchen for the whole night because no reception after 10pm and nobody answered the call.

No air conditioners or fans in rooms, lockers don’t actually lock, €11 is a joke for the breakfast that is offered. No paper towel provided or hand dryers in any of the bathrooms. The amenities that are available are pretty new and the place is kept very clean by the friendly staff.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt im Zimmer nur schwer erträglich, weil die Matratzen und der Abfluss fürchterlich gestunken haben. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder waren dagegen erstaunlich sauber und das Frühstück für den Preis wirklich abwechslungsreich. Auf unsere Anfrage einer späten Ankunft bekamen wir keine Antwort, telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Glücklicherweise war die Rezeption dann doch bis 24 Uhr besetzt. Es gab allerdings keine Handtücher mehr, erst am nächsten Morgen und erst nach dreifacher Anfrage! Da die Rezeptionisten nicht alle sicher Deutsch sprechen, mussten wir auf Englisch kommunizieren, was ich in der Hauptstadt Deutschlands etwas befremdlich finde.
