Everything as advertised, checked in late because of plane delays, and it wasn’t a problem. Didn’t have a problem with only knowing English. Breakfast was great with a cool view! S-Bahn is literally right outside. Used that to get all around Berlin… very easy!

Rooms and beds were good and clean. Breakfast was also good. Staff was kind & helpfull. The only bad point I have is that there is no airconditioning. It was 30+ degrees outside and inside also very hot. Made it hard to sleep.

Room 914 was clean and overall was good but the fridge wasn’t working.Check-in could have been a little quicker-only one lady and quite a queue. Breakfast was good with decent choice and the view was fantastic. Could mention on website/app that Stresow S-bahn was just a stone’s throw away-that would have been particularly helpful for me as I came by train to Spandau and could have got right next to the hotel on the S-Bahn.

It was very nice, the train station is right across the street which makes it very convenient to get around. The train can also take you straight to the airport for a cheap price if you're traveling from out of the country.

Issues on check-in, confusion with bookings, key card programming not working, took a long time, bar facilities inadequate, breakfast staff didn't think breakfast was included but it was, had wrong name down for our room, etc., etc. Not sure if we will be returning.

The key programming system went wrong on the last night and nobody could access their rooms, except for the master key that Reception had. This created a lot of inconvenience, time and frustration, and I deem it unacceptable.

Also ich kann nur positives schreiben....es war alles tip top....zimmer top, Essen mega lecker und ausreichend Auswahl....wir würden dort immer wieder buchen wenn Konzert ansteht in der Waldbühne.....das personal total nett und freundlich....ihr seit rund um einfach spitzenmäßig....macht weiter so....wir kommen auf jedefall wieder....

Der Check in war super. Wir waren denTag zum Konzert. Um 0 Uhr waren wir im Hotel nur noch duschen und schlafen gegn 0:35 ging der Alarm los. Wir mußten vom 11 Stock runtergehen unten angekommen alle auf der Straße. Es hieß jemand hätte geraucht. Die Feuerwehr kam und um 1:45 waren wir auf dem Zimmer nach 30 Minuten wieder Alarm wir wieder runter vom 11 Stick angeblich fehlalarm. Wir genervt nach oben. Und der alarm gong noch 4 mal los. Um 4 Uhr durften wir dann schlafen. Geht gar nicht sowas. Wir ums beim ausschecken beschwert wie viele andere. Uns wurde gesagt wir sollen eine Email schreiben um eventuell Geld zurück zu bekommen. Und das Ende vom Lied ich habe bis heute keine Antwort auf die Email bekommen nicht mal eine Entschuldigung von der Hotelleitung. Ich war das letzte mal in diesen Hotel. 😡

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, wegen der guten Lage zur Waldbühne. Sie war mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut erreichbar. Das Hotel könnte wieder mal im öffentlichen Bereich eine Renovierung vertragen, die Zimmer waren okay und sauber. Wir hatten in einer Nacht dreimal Feueralarm, ein Alarm war durch ein Raucher im Zimmer ausgelöst und dann noch zwei Fehlalarme. Der Herr an der Rezeption war mit den Feueralarm total überfordert, wir konnten froh sein, dass es nicht richtig gebrannt hatte. Die Feuerwehr brauchte eine halbe Stunde bis zum Hotel. Die Hotelbar kann man vergessen, es gab nur ungekühlte Getränke und der Herr an der Bar konnte keine Getränke zubereiten, trotz das sie in der Barkarte zu überteuerten Preis angeboten wurden. Das Preis – Leistung Verhältnis passte insgesamt nicht.
