Less than an hour’s drive from Bordeaux, the Chez Penet villa is designed to host special events: birthdays, family reunions, corporate retreats, or bachelor/bachelorette parties; it can accommodate 30 people and is set apart from the nearest neighbors (300m). It’s the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: a large garden with a spacious terrace, a barbecue, a beautiful 9m x 4.5m pool, and basketball and beach volleyball courts! And inside? The game room with a pool table and poker table, the dining room where 30 people can share a meal, and the dance floor connected to powerful speakers will let you all come together for a weekend that’s sure to be unforgettable!

We love the big terrace—perfect for a super chill afternoon! We’ll kick things off with a big, hearty barbecue. Then we’ll digest while lounging on the deck chairs! Then the fun just keeps coming: games in the pool, a pétanque tournament, or a ping-pong round-robin!

• Heated pool from April through October—NOT AVAILABLE from November through March, inclusive

• Dance floor and sound system: an amplifier with super-easy Bluetooth connectivity + wall-mounted Bose speakers (just close the windows and doors so as not to disturb the neighbors)!

• Outdoor activities: Basketball, beach volleyball, pétanque, ping-pong, Molkky

• Indoor activities: Arcade machine, claw machine, video game console, foosball, board games, poker

• Team BBQ or Team Raclette? No need to pick a side anymore! You can have both!



💅 It’s so easy to get together • One single bed per guest: no one will end up on the couch!

• Towels, bedding, dishes, kitchen utensils... Plus soap, shower gel, and shampoo! Everything is provided!



🕺 Let’s party! Leave the chores to us!

• That big cleanup at the end of your stay? We’ll take care of it! The only small things we’ll ask of you are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room on the first floor when you leave, wash your dishes, and dispose of household trash and recyclables in the villa’s bins, and to drop off glass at the town’s collection point.

• Entirely private villa with all activities included!

• The villa price includes 16 people. For large groups of 17 to 30 people, a supplement of €30 per person per day will be added.

• What about the security deposit? No surprises! The rules are clear and provided before your stay



🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances. Since the nearest neighbors are 300 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others. Check out our FAQ to learn more.
