Liledou - Beautiful Single-Storey Villa with Private Pool

Surrounded by hiking trails and the greenway, which is also accessible by bike, come and discover this air-conditioned single-storey villa.



You can enjoy the summer warmth and cool off at the holiday home or by its private and secure pool. This haven of peace, located in the heart of southern Ardèche, is ideally designed to make your stay unforgettable. Nearby, beautiful experiences await you: night markets, walks in the shade of cobbled streets in picturesque villages, canoeing or rafting in the Ardèche gorges, swimming in the Chassezac river, climbing, and of course, the rich and varied Ardèche cuisine.



The holiday home offers all modern comforts in a magnificent natural setting. The welcoming living room has two sofas and a flat-screen TV (fiber Wi-Fi). The dining area opens onto the fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer. A plancha is at your disposal under the covered terrace. A washing machine is also available in the utility room.



A hallway leads to the sleeping area with three comfortable bedrooms, two with 140 cm beds and one with two 90 cm beds. Each has a built-in wardrobe, electric shutters, and air conditioning. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and two sinks. A separate toilet with a washbasin is also provided.



Cleaning is included and bed linen is provided by your hosts.
