“They use AI to reply your question so the answer are quite ridiculous on hotel.com. they say they have washing machine but the AI when asked he said there are none and when I found the washing machine they don’t work.”

“The place was great and everything was easy just the host doesn’t reply at all and the wifi they mention does not exist so we did not have a wifi at all which today is unacceptable in our option”

“The rooms are well appointed with basic amenities, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app.”

“The hotel was in disarray as I believe it’s still in the process of being built: there was the constant banging of construction which lasted until at least 10pm every evening, the first day I arrived there was no water, the day I was leaving there was no hot water and there were no side tables by the bed, just two lamps on the floor so if you had water or a book you wanted to leave next to the bed they were just on the floor. “Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am S-Bahnhof Neukölln. Ein Wermutstropfen war leider die Kaffeemaschine.Sie befand sich im Reinigungsmodus und wir wussten nicht, wie man den abstellt. Auf unseren Morgenkaffee mussten wir deshalb leider verzichten.”
